During these difficult times we tend to get stuck and focus on the things we don't have and wishing for the things we want. It can be very frustrating living the same experience daily and feeling a sense of anxiety and hopelessness. Make a conscious decision to try something different. You are here for a purpose and it is your right to live on purpose.
Start with your inner thoughts. Carve out time with yourself and meditate on the life you desire. Affirm who you are and what you deserve. Develop an attitude of positive thinking. You were born for great things. Claim it! Believe in yourself and know that this dificult time is only for a moment. Prayer and belief in a Higher being will awaken the soul and energize you. Feed yourself with motivational writings. Listen to music that's inspirational. Surround yourself with people who encourage and support your endeavors. Volunteer at a shelter or soup kitchen. There are others less fortunate than you and helping them will bring you inner joy.
It's very easy to become distant and discouraged. It happens to everyone. Don't give in. Be mindful of your day to day activities and stick to process. Approach your daily activities consciously. Write a 'To Do" list and execute your tasks diligently. As you complete a task strike it off the list. You will feel accomplished. To develop an attitude that's positive takes practice.....lots of it.
Practice the steps recommended daily for at least twenty one days. It will become a habit and you'll be on your way to living on purpose. Life is wonderful and you deserve to enjoy it. Remember that "everytthing is working together perfectly for your Highest good". Stay encouraged, stay positive and embrace your journey.
